New and exciting things are coming to this blog!
My Bipolar Kitchen! is hosted by Another Middle Child and exists to bridge the gap in conversation about food, health, mental health, growth, and self-care.
Another Middle Child hosts My Bipolar Kitchen because they love food, cooking, and attention. AMC lives with their partner and two fur-kiddos (Avery and Luna) in Western Maryland. An adult-learner, Another Middle Child is beginning their final semester of undergrad. In the Spring of 2023, they will earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Law and Society with a concentration in Criminal Justice. AMC hopes to land a remote administrative or HR position after graduation. Their partner is a full-time cheese monger. Both folks love gaming.
Food and cooking are AMCs love language and passion. This adoration, artistic medium, and method of self-care is not how Another Middle Child earns their money. Instead, My Bipolar Kitchen! is what AMC does for fun.
Another Middle Child is a 35-year-old bipolar, anxious, nerdy, non-binary trans, and resilient survivor. My Bipolar Kitchen! is an honest and sustainable approach to having a healthy relationship with food (however healthy looks to you; everyone’s healthy is different and there is no true singular measure pitting one persons wellness to another).
Here’s to healing and growing together. ❤
